Özyeğin University is located in the Çekmeköy district of Istanbul — a quiet, green campus removed from the noise of the city centre, yet well-connected by shuttle service. The 220,000 m² site was purpose-built as a modern academic environment.
For Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul students, the campus is not just a place to study — it is where you live for the duration of your programme. The dormitories, restaurant, sports facilities, and dining options are all within walking distance of the culinary centre.

The 3,650 m² Center of Excellence is the dedicated academic and culinary facility for Le Cordon Bleu Istanbul students — purpose-built, fully equipped, and used exclusively by the programme.
10 Professional Kitchens
Fully equipped demonstration and production kitchens with commercial-grade equipment — the same standard found in Michelin-starred restaurants. Each kitchen is dedicated to specific programme levels.
Sensory Analysis Laboratory
A dedicated sensory lab for tasting, flavour development, and food science work — part of the curriculum for Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie students at all levels.
L'Atelier Bleu Restaurant
The student-run fine-dining restaurant where Superior-level students prepare and serve full multi-course menus to real guests under chef-instructor supervision. The bridge between training and professional life.
Culinary Library
A specialist reference library with culinary texts, technique manuals, flavour pairing guides, and international gastronomy publications — available throughout programme hours.
Lecture Theatres
Theory classrooms and presentation spaces for food science, nutrition, menu engineering, restaurant management, and the academic components of each diploma programme.
Patisserie Shop
A retail outlet where Pâtisserie students sell their production — croissants, breads, cakes, and confectionery — offering real commercial experience at programme level.

Özyeğin University dormitories house up to 1,850 students. Le Cordon Bleu students have dedicated accommodation with priority booking, and our Package 2 includes dormitory registration assistance.

A full-size indoor swimming pool open to students during scheduled hours. Lane swimming, recreational sessions, and swimming classes are all available as part of campus life.

Full-size football pitches and athletics track facilities on campus. Student teams, intramural tournaments, and open recreational use — sport is a central part of the Özyeğin community.
Tennis, Basketball & Volleyball
Dedicated hard courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Open-access courts alongside scheduled team practice times, with equipment available for student use.

Yemekhane
The central university cafeteria serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a rotating daily menu. Hot meals, salad bar, soup station, and desserts at subsidised student prices. The social heart of campus eating.
L'Atelier Bleu
The Le Cordon Bleu student restaurant serves full fine-dining menus on selected days during the academic calendar. The only place on campus where you can eat a multi-course French-technique meal prepared by classmates.
Campus Cafés
Multiple café bars and coffee kiosks spread across campus — near the library, dormitories, and sports facilities. Light meals, sandwiches, pastries, and hot drinks available throughout the day.

Health Centre
An on-campus health centre with medical staff, GP appointments, and an ambulance service available around the clock. Students also have access to university health insurance during enrolment.
Main Library
Özyeğin's central library houses academic and general collections, digital resources, group study rooms, and silent reading spaces. Open extended hours during term for students.
Campus Supermarket
A fully stocked on-campus supermarket for daily essentials — snacks, beverages, toiletries, stationery, and basic groceries. Open seven days a week, within walking distance of all dormitories.
Shuttle Service
Regular shuttle buses connect the Çekmeköy campus to central Istanbul metro and transport hubs. Students can reach Taksim, Kadıköy, and other key districts in under 45 minutes by shuttle and metro.
Green Campus
The campus is set in a forested hillside environment with parks, outdoor seating, and walking paths between buildings. The natural setting is one of the most distinctive aspects of student life at Özyeğin.
